Lyca data sharing Now available, a plan that allows you to share data with the people in your world. Share up to 1GB data to max 3 of your Dutch Lycamobile friends. The data shared can be used until your 30 day bundle expires. To receive the data, your friends must have a minimum balance of 1ct.
How does it work?
1. Dial *172# from your Lyca SIM and you’ll see your data sharing balance
2. Enter your friend’s mobile number including the country code (+31)
3. Enter the MB you’d like to share and your friend will receive your gift!
EU Roaming Data By purchasing this plan you can use 10 GB from your national data for data roaming in the EU. If you use up your roaming allowance, you’ll then be charged 0.189 cents/MB until you reach your national data allowance. If you use up your national data allowance, you’ll be charged our standard pay as you go rates.
EU roaming includes Ukraine and Moldova from 1st January 2026.
EU/EEA roaming services are enabled for customers travelling for a short stay such as a holiday or short business trip.
Activation Please note all new Lyca Mobile SIM card orders with value must be activated in the Netherlands within 2 weeks from the order date to receive the purchased bundle, top-up and/or promotion.

How to buy
If you are currently not a Lyca Mobile customer, pick up a new SIM and be sure to top up with enough credit.
Using your Lyca Mobile SIM, send your bundle code via SMS to 3535 (e.g. text "81000" to 3535 for the Holland bundle). If you don't have enough credit to buy the bundle, you will be prompted to top up and try again. Bundle vouchers can be purchased from your nearest shop or online.
You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your bundle stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your bundle allowance.
Check your allowance
You can check your balance at any time by sending SMS "Saldo" to 3535.
Auto renewal
The Bundles are subject to be renewed automatically once they are expired. Auto renewal only applies for customers who have bought the Bundles on or after 28.11.2012, Lyca mobile customers are advised to have enough balance in their mobile account at the time of expiry of Bundles.
Auto renewal cancelation
If you would like to cancel your Bundles to be auto renewed, then follow the instructions given below; 1. Dial *190#, one day in advance before the Bundles expires. 2. Call customer services on 1200, one day in advance before the Bundles expires.
Note: Please note any request sent on or after the renewal day will not be accepted.
Plan terms & conditions
A customer can purchase up to four plans in each plan. Each plan has its own expiry.
Unlimited calls and texts in the Netherlands are subject to a fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts per day or 3000 minutes and 3000 texts per month (30 days), whichever is earlier, after which the standard rates apply. Lyca mobile National Bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, any unused minutes, texts and data will expire as soon as the bundle expires. National Bundles can be purchased online, from your nearest shop OR can be purchased via one off payment using the existing top-up balance. The National Bundles are subject to be auto renewed after 30 days, therefore the customer should have enough balance in their mobile account. Unlimited calls and texts from Lyca mobile to Lyca mobile in the Netherlands are subject to a fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts per day or 5000 minutes and 5000 texts per month (30 days). When the free minutes and texts are used, the following rates apply for Standard Plan customers: 26ct/SMS and 29ct/min. with a connection charge of 30ct/call. For Saver Plan customers: 15ct/SMS and 16ct/min, with a connections charge of 30ct/call. Calls & texts to short numbers, special numbers, premium numbers and other value-added services are excluded from the bundle allowance. National Bundles are ONLY for personal non-commercial usage. Lyca mobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of the Bundles or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice for New Customers. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service.
