There are various exclusive bundles within the Netherlands and you must make sure you meet the criteria and are eligible for these special exclusive prices. That you are a student, who is over the age of 16 and where applicable hold the relevant membership, subscription or are registered with the appropriate body, organisation, society or Lyca partner that each bundle is exclusive to. This promotion is valid to any residents of the Netherlands that meet the criteria at the time of the promotion. Lycamobile Student Saver Plans (‘the offer’) inclusive allowances are for calls and texts from Netherlands to standard Netherlands landlines and other Netherlands mobile numbers and for data usage inside of the Netherlands. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. 4G availability is subject to handset model and location. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Your bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days – ensure that you have sufficient balance to renew the bundle. 30 days period considered as one month for allocating the bundle allowance. Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer, these terms and conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. Lycamobile reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer or to disconnect you if we suspect that the offer is being used for commercial purposes, for conferencing, if it is not being used in a handset (in a SIM box for example), if it is being used for tethering or if for any reason Lycamobile reasonably suspects that you are not acting in accordance with this policy (if we consider that the usage was illegitimate). Customers must send the text “SAVINGS PLAN” to 2525 to be eligible for any of the Lycamobile special rates. Customers who choose not to send the message, will be billed according to our standard rates. Promotional period: During your 30 days, once you have used your allowances you must wait until your 30 day cycle has finished to ‘reactivate’ the same bundle (From day of bundle activation). If you have money on your account but run out of your allowances: in order to continue using the Internet/texts/calls, your current balance will be charged (standard rates apply) OR you may purchase a “bolt on”, however you must be aware that regardless of when within your 30 day cycle you purchase this bolt on, it will still expire on the same day your original bundle was due to expire and NOT carry over into the new 30 day cycle period. Any other bundle, not yet used within this cycle period will also be available for you to activate (E.g; If you already activated the 2 GB bundle, you can still activate the 3 GB or 1 GB). Once your bundle has expired if you have enough money on your account, the bundle will automatically reactivate itself. If there isn’t enough money on your account, you’ll have to recharge (Top-up) your credit balance and then “reactivate” your bundle using an activation code (text or dial) or buy the existing or new bundle online.
