Terms and Conditions Data Bundles:

A customer can purchase up to four plans in each plan. Each plan has its own expiry.

Lyca Mobile Data Bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, any unused data will expire as soon as the bundle expires. Data Bundles can be purchased online, from your nearest shop OR can be purchased via one off payment using the existing top-up balance. The Data Bundles are subject to be auto renewed after 30 days, therefore the customer should have enough balance in their mobile account. Unless the customer stops the auto renewal by dialling *190# before the bundle is auto renewed. Usage above the up/download limit costs 19ct/MB for Standard Plan customers and 9ct/MB for Saver Plan customers. Data Bundles are ONLY for personal non-commercial usage. Lyca mobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of the Bundles or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice for New Customers. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service.

Terms and Conditions Bonus Data:

This offer is valid with the mentioned bundles and is valid until 31/10/2023. Customers need to register in order to receive the bonus data (extra data besides the standard bundle data allowance), by sending an SMS to 3535 with the keyword corresponding to the bundle immediate after activating the bundle. In case the customer sends the SMS prior to activating the bundle, the customer will not be eligible for the bonus data. The bonus data will be added to the bundle allowance and is valid as long as the bundle is valid, with a maximum of 30 days. As soon as the bundle expires the bonus data will expire as well. During the mentioned 30 days the customer is entitled to receive only once the bonus data. Bonus data can’t be exchanged or swapped for money, can’t be used for roaming or premium services and can only be used by the number to which it’s granted. Promotion is valid from 08/03/2017 until 31/10/2023.

Terms and Conditions International Bundles:

A customer can purchase up to four plans in each plan. Each plan has its own expiry.

With the International Bundles, customers can call to fixed and mobile numbers to the selected national and international destinations with reduced tariffs and without connection charge. The allowance also includes (bonus) data usage in the Netherlands; call minutes to the selected international destinations and unlimited calls and texts to other Lyca mobile numbers in the Netherlands. Unlimited national and international calls and texts are subject to fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts  per day or 1000 minutes and 1000 texts for per month (30 days), whichever is earlier. Unlimited calls and text from Lyca mobile to Lyca mobile in the Netherlands are subject to fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts  per day or 5000 minutes and 5000 texts for per month (30 days), whichever is earlier. A bundle is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. International Bundles can be purchased online OR can be purchased via one off payment using the existing top-up balance. The International Bundles are subject to be auto renewed after 30 days, therefore the customer should have enough balance in their mobile account. Unless the customer stops the auto renewal by dialling *190# before the bundle is auto renewed. Calls, texts and data usage outside the bundle allowance will be charged the standard rates. International texts, calls and texts to short numbers, special numbers, premium numbers and other value-added services are excluded from the bundle allowance. Unused minutes, texts or data allowance cannot be taken into the next bundle period once the bundle is expired. Lyca mobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of the Bundles or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice for New Customers. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service.

International bundle minutes to UK calls does not include the minutes to call Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey & Channel Islands. It will be charged as PAYG rates from 39 ct/min.

The below prefix will be charged at the following rates

If an Agreement has been concluded electronically (such as via the website or by telephone) or within the offline Sales locations, the customer has the right, without giving reasons, to dissolve the Agreement within fourteen days. For the declaration of termination, the customer can contact the Customer Service during this period and request a refund. No costs are charged for invoking the reflection period. The costs for returning the ordered goods will not be reimbursed. If the customer uses the reflection period, the product must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. The right to cancel the order free of charge will lapse if this is not met. If a connection is made with the network during the reflection period and charges are incurred, these charges will not be reimbursed.

How to buy: If you are currently not a Lyca mobile customer pick up a new SIM and be sure to top-up with enough credit

Using your Lyca mobile SIM, dial *139*Bundle code# (e.g. *139*111000# for Mega surf data bundle) or send the SMS to 3535 with the bundle code (e.g. text 111000 to 3535 for Mega surf data bundle)

You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your bundle stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your bundle allowance

Auto renewal: The Data Bundles are subject to be renewed automatically once they are expired. Auto renewal only applies for customers who have bought the Data Bundle on or after 13.01.2014, Lyca mobile customers are advised to have enough balance in their mobile account at the time of expiry of the Data Bundles.

Auto renewal cancelation:

If you would like to cancel your Data Bundle to be auto renewed, then follow the instructions given below; 1. Dial *190#, one day in advance before the Bundles expires. 2. Call customer services on 1200, one day in advance before the Bundles expires.

Auto renewal: All-in-1 is subject to be renewed automatically once they are expired. Auto renewal only applies for customers who have bought the Holland Bundle on or after 01.11.2014, Lyca mobile customers are advised to have enough balance in their mobile account at the time of expiry of All-in-1 Bundle.

Auto renewal cancelation:

If you would like to cancel your Data Bundle to be auto renewed, then follow the instructions given below; 1. Dial *190#, one day in advance before the Bundles expires. 2. Call customer services on 1200, one day in advance before the Bundles expires.
