Customers must top up at least one time, or make at least a minute call, send one SMS, or use a unit of data to continue the service. If the customer doesn’t use the roaming service for more than 30 days, the minimum balance will be deactivated. The ‘No Roaming’ offer will be charged at the standard rate (applicable for non-bundle customers). This offer is designed for home residents who are on holiday or trips abroad not for customers who spend extended periods abroad (with a maximum of 30 days).
